Hilo operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Hilo is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe Hilo products. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, photography, and other factors.
Hilo garments are designed with a relaxed, oversized fit unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page. Customers should review the applicable size guide before ordering.
Because garments are manufactured individually, minor variations may occur in measurements, embroidery placement, stitching, color, texture, or other details. Reasonable manufacturing variations are not necessarily considered defects.
Product descriptions, prices, designs, specifications, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
Section 3 — Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase from Hilo. Hilo reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by applicable law.
An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
Please carefully review your order, including product, color, and size selections, shipping address, and contact information before submitting it. We may be unable to make changes or cancellations once an order enters processing or production.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, including statutory cancellation rights where applicable.
Products purchased from Hilo are intended for personal or household use and not unauthorized commercial resale.
PREORDERS AND LIMITED RELEASES
Certain Hilo products may be offered as preorders or as part of limited releases.
When purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that the product may not be ready for immediate shipment. The expected shipment date or shipment window will be clearly displayed on the applicable product page before purchase.
Production and shipping estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Manufacturing, quality-control requirements, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside Hilo’s reasonable control may affect these estimates.
If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify affected customers, provide a revised shipment date, and offer the choice to agree to the delay or cancel for a full, prompt refund of the unshipped order. We will obtain consent where required by law. If required consent is not received, we will cancel and promptly refund the unshipped order. Starting production does not remove these rights.
Products, colors, and sizes offered as part of limited releases are available only while inventory or preorder capacity remains.
Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Inventory is secured only after checkout has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed.
SETS AND BUNDLES
Certain Hilo products may be available individually or as discounted sets or bundles.
A set includes only the items specifically identified on its product page.
Where offered, customers may select different sizes for the hoodie and sweatpants within a set. Availability of a particular combination depends upon the remaining inventory of each individual item.
If one component or size becomes unavailable, certain set combinations may also become unavailable.
Section 4 — Prices And Billing
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.
Unless otherwise stated, product prices may not include shipping, taxes, customs charges, duties, or other applicable fees.
International customers may see prices converted into their local currency depending on their location and our available checkout features.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Hilo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect customer information, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Hilo may offer international shipping to selected countries and regions.
International orders may be subject to customs requirements, import restrictions, taxes, duties, fees, and additional processing depending on the destination.
Where available, applicable duties and taxes may be calculated or collected through checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information required for international shipping and customs processing.
International delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs processing and international carrier delays may extend delivery times.
Availability of international shipping destinations and shipping services may change.

The Hilo website and its original content—including Hilo branding, logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, artwork, embroidery designs, written content, and other original materials—are owned by Hilo or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
This specifically includes Hilo’s original hand-drawn artwork and designs used on Hilo garments.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Hilo artwork, garment designs, graphics, photographs, logos, or other protected materials without prior written permission from Hilo, except as otherwise permitted by law.
Purchasing a Hilo product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual-property rights associated with its artwork or design.
“Hilo,” Hilo logos, product names, designs, and other brand identifiers may constitute trademarks or other protected intellectual property of Hilo.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

However, sales and purchases made through our Store are made directly with Hilo.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of Hilo products and is not responsible for Hilo products or fulfillment of orders placed with Hilo, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
